February-April

Holy cow...my last post was in January. Alright...here's a quick recap from February-now.

I started my job in CCU at Baptist. Zoe ate our couch in the office. I went home for a long weekend at the beginning of March to visit the fam. We had an awesome St. Patty's Day cookout with Michael's UPT class. I turned 23. We went to an air show in Tuscaloosa. Michael grew out a sick mustache in March (and by sick, I don't mean cool). We went to GA for Easter to see both families for some much needed QT. Zoe ate the kitchen floor. I started night shift...ugh. Michael finished phase 2 in the T-6!!!! We went to the Birmingham Zoo. And yesterday, our sweet Zoe turned 1!

I'll post some pics on here and I'll try and do better with at least monthly updates. It's just really been so difficult because we've been so busy since I started working. Don't get me wrong--I love my job and we just love life right now. Everything is going so well! Michael will find out on May 14th what plane he will fly for Phase 3. He is hoping to get the T-1 which is a trainer jet for the bigger airplanes. We will still stay here at CAFB while he trains on this plane, and at the end of Phase 3 we will find out what plane he will fly and where we will be stationed!

Also, I'm sure most of you know this--but I started a new year's resolution in February (better late than never). It's called Project 365. I take a picture every single day for a year and, of course, post it on Facebook. It's kind of annoying at times...especially on those days when I work and the last thing I want to do is take a stupid picture. But overall, it's been really rewarding. It makes me find a great moment, a picture-worthy moment, in each day. It also helps me document memories and events that I, otherwise, wouldn't have taken pictures of. Anywho--sorry if it's annoying you on facebook...feel free to delete me :)

That being said, here's some pics:
